My Spiritual Truth
I have carried my ability to perceive energy since childhood. For many years, I was afraid people would not believe me. So I adapted. I became smaller. I questioned myself.
Everything changed when I began to understand how I think, how I feel, how I perceive energy — and when I allowed myself to believe my own experience.
Believing myself changed my life. I became more confident. Freer. Happier. Able to speak about spirituality without fear of being judged.
And then life challenged me deeply. At a time when everything around me seemed to fall apart, I went through a profoundly magical experience — one I will not explain in detail here. What I can say is this: I had stopped believing in the unseen. I had stopped believing in magic. And something happened that reopened everything.
From that moment on, my path unfolded in front of me. I began to study religions and spiritual traditions from many perspectives. I bought my first oracle deck. I started meditating. I followed the call to Rishikesh and became a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I immersed myself in Ayurvedic medicine and bodywork. I learned every energy healing method that crossed my path — not out of trend, but out of inner knowing.
Spirituality became not something I consume. It became something I live. I would never want to return to the mindset I once had. I am truly, deeply happy as a spiritual being living a human experience.
My spirituality is not a trend. It is lived truth.
